Making Space for Grief in Organizing: Tending to the needs of youth organizers
Last summer, 482Forawd youth organizers named the burnout they had been experiencing so we focused on pouring into the young people in the way they have selflessly poured into their communities by carefully creating space to process and curating special care kits for the youth organizers.
